Tiffany Hansen sorry to ask this again. I remember asking you for the gauge for this pattern and I remember that you answered me but I can't find the reply now and where you typed it.  Sorry.  I was hoping to make this soon.  Thanks :). Maybe you can remember where you posted that information or replied to my comment.

nice! Good luck.  I'm not a big fan of the purl stitch... I don't really like making it.

I just finished this project that I started last year and brought out during Tiffany's work on different projects YouTube livestream.  I finally finished it. :)

pattern: Study of Determination from The Crochet Crowd, yarn used: red heart super saver fruitty stripes (I think it was approx. 12 skeins) and a 5.5 mm hook.  I played yarn chicken and was able to find 3 extra skeins in my stash that looked sort of vivid and I had enough yarn to finish. I also modified the border and added a full row of crab stitches.

baby blankets and baby clothes, dresses but I found the sizing to be hard for the baby dress.

Sandra Palmer  if it's the dark grey one, then yes it's a cocoon but it's in Tunisian Crochet.  There are many different looks to cocoon cardigans.

Sandra Palmer thanks, well I looked for the pattern it was from Mama in a stitch and looks like she decided to no longer have any tunisian crochet patterns on her blog anymore.  She made a knit version and a crochet version of the cardigan.  The one I made is in Tunisian Crochet, main body is tunisian knit stitch and I used Wool ease thick and quick (I used the bonus skeins which have alot more yarn, it uses alot of yarn and it's really heavy).

For these cocoon style cardigans, you pretty much make a rectangle, the width should be how wide your back is plus whatever extra you want for how long your sleeves will be, then you fold the top and the bottom to meet in the middle and a few inches on each side which are your arm holes.  Some different blogs have diagrams explaining this better.

Sandra Palmer for which one, this bulky dark grey wearable?  That one was a free pattern.   I would have liked this to have longer sleeves because I'm usually cold.
