Tiffany Hansen I've been looking for the video tutorial on the wheat cable stitch since I had asked help with it but had missed the live session. I am doing that stitch for the stole from May's crochet book club.  Thanks

Folks, I just heard back from my local contact and friend who lives out in Asheville, NC.  She said it was okay to announce this and put out the charity request. It gets very cold out west in the mountains.  They are currently in need and accepting new clean crochet and/or knit  caps/hats and gloves/mittens.  I recommend that these items be washed before sending if possible since some folks may still not be able to wash clothes.  If possible please use unscented detergents and/or fabric softener/dryer sheets (or don't use the fabric softener).  I believe the best would be to use machine washable easy to care for types of yarns, acrylics, plant fibers (cotton, bamboo, and/or cotton blends).  If you can please include a note static the material of the yarn used (for example if it's 100% acrylic)

Please be mindful of folks with allergies, so if using wool, please add a tied tag to the item made with wool and place it in a separate plastic (ziplock bag).

Mailing Address for items: Address them to Mother Grove; Mother Grove, 70 Woodfin Pl. Suite 1, Asheville, NC 28801.

The Mother Grove temple is a federally approved 501(c)(3) non-profit church. All contributions to the Mother Grove are tax deductible. Mother Grove Goddess Temple is a sanctuary where people of all faith traditions may openly and safely celebrate the Divine Feminine.

Tiffany Hansen, I will e-mail you all this info too. I will be making a video on my YouTube channel where I go over all this and provide this information.  Please let me know if you have any questions. I don't know if you feel comfortable contacting Warm Up America and providing this information or if you rather have me try to contact Warm UP America and let them know.  I'm not sure where their stance is concerning religious (interfaith) organizations.

Tiffany Hansen  I tried to attend this live and went to the event at 1pm Eastern time but it never played for me and wasn't live. I don't know with the change of time we had over the weekend if Central time is still only 1 hour time difference or if it is more.  Later on that day I got an email that this event was at 2 or 3pm EST and not 1pm.

Thank you

I also recently finished this shawl, made with roll with it sparkle yarn. PAttern: bag o day crochet, High expectations shawl and a 6mm crochet hook. I also made one in blues and brows.  Both shawls will be auctioned off in Dec, on Mama G Gear's auction to raise funds for her charity, Mental health and meows.

Just finished a few projects but it's not easy for me to post pics here.  I finished this blanket, 4 squares done with c2c moss stitch with self striping yarn from Herrschners antiquity line, colorways: autumnal and bonfire and joined with herrschners worsted 8 dark grey, The squares are done with 5.5mm hook and the border plus join with a 7mm crochet hook.  I used the c2c moss stitch square video tutorial from Hooked by Robin.

I will most likely try to submit this for donation to Boggy Creek camp along with the c2c blanket I just finished.  I used Premier Dottie yarn, colorway Peach blossom, border bon bon Ince yarn in brown heather, using a 5mm crochet hook.

the 3rd blanket in beige, dark red and brown was hand knit made with lion brand loopy yarn. I made it with the intent to donate but decided to keep this one.

This candy corn themed shawl I made as a birthday gift to a friend with Herrschners halloween sparkle yarn.

Last shawl is made with premier sweet rolls DK yarn colorway: Yellowstone, fiber spider pattern virus shawl meets granny. I personally don't like how the colorway looks.
