Great question! NO particular skill required.  But know going into this that it is a competition like Iron Chef.  Because you get to take the materials in the mystery package and do whatever you want with them this opens up so many options that are any level.  No boundaries or limits to what you decide to make with the materials.  You just have to use the materials provided.

I probably wouldn't reach out the members in the crochet club giving away what you are thinking just to keep your project from inspiring someone else if you know what I mean.  However, if you want to ask anyone individually or someone outside the group you can absolutely do that. 🤗💖🧶

Potentially, I want to make sure everyone gets an opportunity to sign up before I'll open slots for repeats. Thanks for asking! 😊💖🧶

Haha For Sure!!

Great question!  So, I plan on shipping out the mystery box to people participating at the end of April so they have all of May and June to figure out what they might want to make AND complete the tasks.  Then, in July there will be a lot of each person sharing their story for their process and inspiration.  Those tasks will come into play.  And then at the end of July we will vote for who the Crochet Iron Crafter is.  I want to make sure people have a good amount of time to actually plan and work on something.  I hope this helps. 😊💖🧶

Are you thinking of entering in a Crochet Project to our Valentine's Day Crochet Contest?  Did you even know we were having a crochet contest?  You have GOT to check this out.

There will be 2 prizes:  Most Hearts  and   Most Shared Of Pink

All crochet levels are more than welcome!

Use whatever pattern you want!  I like to think of this as your excuse to crochet something you have always wanted to but keep talking yourself out of.

RULES:

  1. Project must be made by you

  2. Project must be completed on entry

  3. Project must be on theme for Valentine's Day not a random project you decided to enter.

  4. You do not have to be present to win.  Just make sure I have pictures of your project by the day before the contest so I can put them into a slideshow for all to see.

If you do not want to enter a project into the contest or don't think you will have time, THAT'S OK!

Please still come to help us vote for winners!  It is so much fun to see what people create!

Let's Have Some Fun!! ❤️🩷🧡💛💚💙🩵💜🤎🤍

Oh my gosh I LOVE the little fawn Wooble!  So adorable.  The Corded headphones bag is really pretty too!  what a great idea to keep your headphones protected, shielded from dust and easy to transport.
