Wow Darlene!  Your blanket colors are so bold and bright.  Not sure if your warm tones = warmer weather and cooler tones = cooler weather but I'm feel'n it!  It's turning out so great.  I'm sorry you're not loving the July stitch.  If you would like to make adjustments with the edges you totally can!  And that will help with the sides of the blanket too.

For row 2, instead of ending with a Bobble Stitch just end with 3 sc stitches.  With row 4 instead of starting with a Bobble Stitch, just start with 3 sc stitches.  Maybe that will help.

Feel free to just write on a piece of paper what is included in the shipment and how many.

Example:  2 x Blankets

                  3 x Hats

                  1 x scarf.

That's all they really care about.  😊

Tonight we have our Crafter's Gathering meeting!  Let's chat about my time in Oregon, the collab with Toni from TL Yarn Crafts, and what I missed with you. 😊

Someone asked me how long my temperature blanket was at the end of June.  Here's what I measured.  38 inches or 96 centimeters.

OH my dear Sandra.  No, this is not a group project and no it is not something we are going to be working on as a crochet along.  I would make sure if it were something we were doing all together that it would be announced AND I would create a post for it in the Events sections well in advance.  Those who were working on this project were pattern testers for me going through the pattern and helping me to fix any mistakes that were there.  I didn't want to release the pattern to everyone until it was ready.  So, those pictures you are seeing of people working on this project were my testers, not something you missed out on.

As for the yarn for the project.  Toni and I both found that the size 3 weight 100% cotton yarn felt the best with this project.  The size 4 weight Lily's Sugar and Cream yarn was just too thick.  Yes, you could use it if in a pinch but I believe you can find some great options at HobbyLobby.com or one of the other online resources.  Don't give up!  You got this.

Great question Kat.  Check YouTube Studio and try to go LIVE.  If you are able to it will launch, but if you have not met certain requirements it will tell you what requirements you have to meet in order to go LIVE.  I don't think it's much.  😊❤️🧶

Hi Sandra,  So weird I didn't see your message.  I didn't have the information here but I did put it on my YouTube Community page for all to see since it was a campaign shared with everyone on YouTube.  I'll make sure to get the information over here as well next time.  Thank you for helping me to make this page better. 😊🧶❤️

Haha, oh Brenda, I'm sorry it turned out floppy.  I think a stiffener will help.  I have not tried it yet but I will try to test one and hopefully get you a solution by Saturday's Coffee & Crochet.  👍🏼😊🧶❤️

Hi Mary!

I'm sorry this stitch is giving you troubles.  Not to worry though!

I have 2 options for you.

1) I know that this pattern calls for us to add a Bobble in the very last stitch of one row and the very first stitch of the next Bobble row.  You could try ending row 2 with 3 sc instead to help with the side, and then in row 4, do not begin with a bobble, just start with 3 sc and continue on with the pattern.  See if that will help your sides.

2) You can absolutely swap out a different stitch if you want to try something different.  To keep things from being complicated with a stitch count, choose a stitch that has a one-to-one stitch ratio and for the height try to keep it as tall as a Dc stitch.

So something like working just Dc's in each stitch across, or a Dc in the FLO or BLO of each stitch across, or Dc Post stitch across.  Anything that is one stitch per stich.  I hope that helps!
