REVISIONS MADE!

Thank you everyone for the heads up on the little corrections I needed to make for the April Crochet Stitch of the Month!  All fixes have been made and you should be able to work up the pattern without a hitch.

Please let me know if you find anything else.

Update on my progress. Working on today’s row.  Very pleased with how it’s coming together. 

The Colors You Pick

The colors you pick for your Temperature Blanket are extremely important!  You want to pick colors that best represent the temperature range they will be used for that connect with how you feel about that temperature.

But you also want to pick colors that are pleasing to your eye.  This will be a blanket you want to display.  Hang over a couch in your living room or even drape over a blanket ladder.  A piece that will be a conversation starter and something people will look closely at to see the different temperature ranges documented.  Make sure the colors used in your blanket are colors that you want to look at, colors that go well with each other, and colors that make you happy. 🤗💖🧶

BEFORE YOU ENTER!!!!  Make sure you can commit to following through with this project.  Please do not take a spot and then drop out.  You will be taking away someone else's opportunity to participate and waste resources and costs.

How this brand-new game will go:

A package of materials will be sent to each participant.  All materials have to be used in some way in whatever project you choose to make with them.  There will also be tasks that have to be accomplished.  Taking progress pictures and recording the process will be requested to help tell the story of the participants planning and executing of the project.

January finally finished!!!! I got a little behind. Hoping to get caught up this weekend!  

All caught up! I had to frog 14 rows because I got in the zone and forgot the repeats 🤦‍♀️ 

Compared to last year it’s been much colder - I only had 2 rows of aqua for all of January/February last year. 

My apologies for having to end our Coffee & Crochet Meetup short.  Here's what happened.

My daughter had signaled for me that there was an emergency.  Which is why I excused myself from the meeting.  She told me she was on the phone with her dad, that he cried out in pain and then was unresponsive.  I was still processing this information when I re-entered the meeting knowing I had to go.  

Everything it ok.  Jon apparently tweaked his back and then passed out.  Which is why he was not responding.  When he came too only moments later, he had to crawl to his phone to get back in touch with us.  He went to the doctor and got muscle relaxers and is now on couch/bed-rest.  

I want to thank you all so much for your love and understanding as I had to unexpectedly leave our scheduled meetup.  All is good.  I'll reschedule our Saturday Coffee & Crochet for next Saturday!  I hope you all have a beautiful week!  See you soon. 💖

Tiffany. I’m at the end of row 3 and I think it looks about the same as yours per your instruction video? Here’s the pic.  Not sure if you could tell if I’m on the right track by the pic but thought I’d show you.  I was just questioning it when I get done w row 4 although I guess I’ll be at the other end at that point anyway. 

so I decided to do something different with the temp blanket...I chose 7 colors and am doing 2 rows of each color using the stitch of the month. I didnt want it to be to big so i decided 14 rows a month is still a good size. i hope it still turns out as pretty as the temp blanket 😀
