I have been working on the 2024 sampler blanket.  I have completed the join and only need to weave my ends before starting the border, but I see this as a challenge.  The join yarn is so light compared to the square borders and most of the squares.  How do I weave in ends in a way that doesn't show when all I have that matches is a bunch of chains?  I am a beginner and I do not want to ruin everything by getting this wrong.

Temperature blanket. My latest update 

This is my temperature blanket as of the beginning of May. I meant to post this sooner but I forgot.   My stitches really pulled in during March,  but no matter how it turns out, I am learning a ton and that is why I took this project on.
