Mine looked very similar Margie, there were no hope for my edges but I kept rolling with it anyway and enjoyed learning all the new stitches. I was keeping the blanket for myself so just decided to not care what it looked like and enjoy that I finished such a large project and learned so much. Blocking would help some of the edges and also an envelope type of border - Tiffany posted a special one for this project too. Your stitches and colors looks nice, personally I would keep going :)

I finished last year's temperature blanket that I made for my son, just set up the blocking! He wanted what he says is the "real" temperature scale colours so it goes purple coldest to red hottest (I used the purple for the border because I didn't use it through the year due to using average temps).

Nice yarn! The single ball where you noted no idea, you might have enough there to make a hair band or scrunchies!

Another WIP completed! The intention for this was to be a baby gift for a friend back in 2023.... oops.... so it's been in the WIP bin for a while and when Tiffany did a demo from this project a few weeks ago it inspired me to finish it up. Mine is not nearly as cute as Tiffany's but I learned a lot with this one, my first time using the wheel cutter tool thing and stitching in fabric.

I'm so happy to hear everything is ok - that must have been very scary for you and your daughter! Hope you all have a great day 🙂

haha, yes, they've been doing great collaborations and it's too easy to get carried away! I still have several kits I haven't done yet 😆

Hi all, I finished my advent calendar blanket (better late than never?!).

That's very kind of you Migna, thanks, I'm glad you liked it 🙂  There wasn't a scarf pattern but I made two granny stripe granny squares and attached at each end. The chunks between are just double crochet of various colours I had in my stash. I made the hearts and stitched them into the middle of each section. I tried a few youtube video hearts using magic circles and also this one that doesn't use a magic circle https://www.repeatcrafterme.com/2014/01/easy-crochet-heart-pattern.html (I found this one easier for the larger yarns). The hearts in the fringe were made with crochet thread using the magic circle hearts.

Hi everyone - here's a couple of small projects I made recently, one is a Fawn Wooble from the advent calendar, and the other is a bag for my corded headphones 🙂
