I live in Minnesota and our temperatures can be anywhere from below zero and around 100 degrees. Can we have more than 8 different colors for our gauge?

Hey everyone!!! I'm looking at purchasing a board for blocking my 2024 crochet along squares.  What would you all recommend?

I've already completed squares 1-6 and am currently working on square 7.  I do have a tendency to crochet tighter and have really been working on keeping them loose.
