Thank you Terri!  You are absolutely correct.  The 4.5mm is a 7.  At the time of making this video I was using an older crochet hook that only had a 4.50mm identification and I only knew of the F/5, G/6, and the H/8 but they don't include the G/7 in the variety pack so I just assumed it must also be a 6.  I know better now.  Please ignore the 6 part.  😊
