Hmm,  I'm not sure.  If looks as though you might not be half way through the square and that ball is looking on the smaller side.  I believe this square took the most amount of yarn.  You could save this yarn color to use on a different square that requires far less yarn to complete!  🤗

Amelia L. Great question.  You could easily figure this out by taking the approximate required yarn for the project provided in the description and dividing that total amount needed by how many yards of yarn are in one skein.  That will tell you how many skeins to buy!  If it's a decimal always round up. 😉💖🧶
