Hmm, I'm not exactly sure.  I see your active membership, and the video is set to show for all members...  When you are asked to subscribe, see if you can just sign in...  If that doesn't work let me know and we will try something else.  You've found a situation I haven't encountered yet, so it will take some playing on my part to see what's happening.  Thanks for letting me know.

I completely agree!  Diagrams take such a long time to create but I too find them easier to follow sometimes than written out instructions.
