Hey! Pisst!  Hey you! Oh thanks for your attention..what? Oh you were paying attention the whole time? Ok anyway enough of this funny business 🤭If you’re thinking of joining us in Crochet Iron Crafter Round 1 you better secure a slot before they’re all gone because in round 1 there are only six slots left! So if your thinking of joining Crochet Iron Crafter 1 go over to Events and you’ll find it as well as Crochet Iron Crafter round 2 and 3 and all you have to do is comment under one of the rounds that you want (just one!) but first look at which slots are taken and which slots are available then choose an open slot let’s say you pick slot 13 and then you would say “slot 13 please my name is….” and then whatever your name is you say your name in the dotted spots. I can’t wait to see who enters!! But remember if you don’t get in round one you can get in round two or round three. So go get your slot!

Tiffany Hansen and all - I think I'd like to make a blanket for my nephew who will start college this fall.  My aunt made me one when I went to college (it was a stash buster and very colorful - and I still have it).  I was thinking I would like to do something his his school colors.  Can anyone recommend a pattern, or stitch?  Or perhaps Tiffany would like to design a stadium blanket to go with her alumni beanie???

2025 Temperature - Sampler Blanket update! I've officially finished the month of January. I looked ahead to see what the upcoming temps would be so I could get ready to jump into February! So, I've used all of the lower temp colors in my blanket already. I'm curious if in February I will be able to pull in some of that teal color OR if it will just be more of what I saw in January.... Something to look forward to I guess! This project is crazy with all of the unknowns. I've also chosen to weave in all of my ends. People have been asking about the border for this project and what they should do with their ends.

Here's my plan. In October, November and maybe December I'm going to release blanket border tutorials you can add around any rectangular/square blanket. I'm going to let you pick which one you would like to use. If you would like to choose to leave your ends out and just make fringe around your blanket you can do that too. Just try to decide if you want to do a border or fringe sooner rather than later so if you do choose to weave in your ends it's not a crazy amount! 😄💖🧶

I mentioned in one of our Crafters Gatherings that I was working on Pocket Hearts/Pocket Hugs and wanted to share them with our group. I'm really pleased with how they turned out. I made 32 of the Large Hearts and 117 of the smaller hearts.

Let's help our newbie crocheters with some helpful tools that might make crocheting easier!

Many of us crochet at night after our day has ended and we just want to relax. But that often means we are crocheting when the sun has gone down and we are in need of light sources.

I love my neck light. In fact, I have 2. I bought myself one and then my bestie bought me a different one for a birthday present not knowing I had one already. 😂. I guess great minds think alike. The funny thing is, they are different and now I have one placed next to the couch and one in my nightstand by my bed. Both has three settings and are actually quite comfortable.

Do you use any tools to help you see what you're doing?
