Still pretty short since I am skipping weekends,  but I think it looks ok so far!

For me:  Don't take everything so seriously.  Lighten up, most of it is really NOT that serious.

Tiffany Hansen Thank you and Diane for the responses!  I was so frustrated that I decided just to continue.  I started day 3 .... and as I did I really concentrated on being on top of the double crochet.  I found that I missed one as I had 2 singles in a row.  I frogged back to that and fixed it.  Then as I continued, I found one double crochet that I had made super tight and I probably missed it. I put my stitches in on top and kept going.  I am back on count.  Yay!  I was not counting the loop on my hook, but my initial color yarn was the same day 2 as day one, and it is a very dark blue. I think I just didn't see it clearly enough. I did today's work in daylight and I think it really helped. Onward!

Hey guys. I need help. I accidentally got 4 wt yarn and I love it so much. It's pretty fine for a 4 wt.  (Calls for a 4.5mm hook).  What do advise to manage blanket length?   I was thinking maybe I could leave weekends out.  Thoughts?

Help!  I'm a beginner and I've been doing my homework.   So excited for the temp blanket. But I've already made a big mistake. I bought my yarn on line and I searched for 3 weight.   I must have strayed from that weight somehow on the website and when it came it is 4 weight.   It feels light to me though...calls for a 4.5mm hook.  What do you think?  If i leave out the weekends could that manage the length ok?  I love my yarn and my colors so I am reluctant to start over.  Please advise.
