Has anyone ordered any of the clothing items yet?  How do they fit?  thanks

here is my pic, I re-read this after I took my pic and realized I was only supposed to pick one notion so I pick the buttons.  Do I need to pick which buttons since I have no clue on the buttons? Please ignore the beads, I won't include them in my project.  I'm not sure if I will have time to work on this project since I'm finishing up a top and have to work on a sweater as well for 2 patterns that I am testing and they are due mid May.

Lion brand rewind yarn, it's a tape yarn (flat ribbon) but it's soft, very pretty and lots of pretty colors.  The yarn looks like suede but when worked sort of curls in on itself. It works well to make a hat with, not sure if you may need a wire. I used it when I made the Cleo hat pattern from Make and Do crew.

Sandra Palmer what type of yarn did you use?  Maybe wait until you seam it to try it on again and see if it still looks boxy on?  Is the fabric a bit stiff after you stitched it/ blocked it? Some yarns change after you wash them so after you are done with it maybe washing might help.  It happened to me with a sweater I made using Joann's Big Twist Value yarn. I was testing the pattern and used that acrylic yarn, because of my gauge and the stitch, it was stiff and looked blocky after I finished making it.  Then I washed it and added fabric softener and put it in the dryer, it changed and became very soft. I love it, it came out nice except for the neck area being too wide.  I'm sorry you're hurting. I hope you feel better soon and can get some relief.  I'm in pain too and very tired but I got a few big yarn orders in yesterday and I didn't make the videos so I may make them or at least one video tonight to get it out of the way.

Sandra Palmer maybe you can ask here on the group if you need help.  Seaming can be tricky or just finding the time and energy to do it too.  I just had to redo mine three times for a hexi cardigan pattern I was testing and just finished up. I wasn't doing the seaming technique correct and I think seaming takes patience and good light and a day when you feel better.  If I try to seam when I'm not feeling well or on a day where my pain is flared up or brain is foggy it makes it alot harder for me to seam (see the stitches) and finish it.  I hope you can get it done by when you would like to finish it but if you can't don't forget to be gentle with yourself and take as much time as you need.  That is wonderful that you finished most of the project and have made it all the way to the seaming step. :). Let me know if you need help with the seaming.

Sandra Palmer yup I understand, you're welcome. I think they may have the videos accessible to watch later on today and maybe till Sunday... or an option for when you rest later today. I didn't know some of the crochet designers that are teaching the workshops so I can check out their tutorials and YouTube channels later when I have more time and I'm not working.
