I have done some small projects over the years. A little "nest" for baby photos. Once I got all the yarn for an afghan and got 3 rows and stopped for whatever reason. I found, especially when my kids were little, it was hard to teach myself something new and I needed my hands free. When COVID hit, I dug that yarn from my unfinished afghan out of the attic and played with it for a while. Then, I decided I really wanted to make something...so I started a ripple stitch afghan (which I am almost finished with...yes, I have gone quite a few spurts of time not even touching it).  In between, I have made easy afghans (this is when I found Tiffany on YouTube) for my kids, a friend, my mom. BUT I really knew I was in about 6 months ago. I started collecting yarn and printing out projects that I like and may get to someday. Sometimes binge watching YouTube tutorials...lol. I am just fascinated by what yarn can become and the creativity of others. It seems nearly limitless. I am also a lefty.

Everybody Loves Raymond any episode at his parents house and Seinfeld any episode at George’s parents. Both series they are chevron afghans. I notice them because my mom has one she made in the 70s. It’s older than I am, so I don’t know the world without that afghan in it. 😂

This Rosewater/pink color representing the 80s range. It’s been pretty warm for our area in FL.

Pink is the 80s range in my blanket and we have had a lot already here in FL. 😀

Possibly a cute tank or tee. 😀

Mine did the same thing when I used the moss stitch. Since I didn’t like one of the colors I was using, I started again using the crunch stitch and a different color it has come out much better too.
