I can do any of the Saturday times. I work during the week so will not be available for the other dates.

I really want to try color pooling. I bought some yarn that I thought would work but I haven't found a project I want to make with it yet.

I vote hat. The bag and top are both really pretty but I don't think I would wear the top and I bought the materials for your summer tote bag last year and haven't found the time to make it yet. I hope to get to it soon.

I vote for 3. The last 2 months have been relatively flat stitches. It would be nice to have the next month have a bit of puffy texture. So if not 3 then I would like 2.

Your tension could be different. I know sometimes I crochet tighter and sometimes I crochet looser. It can be especially noticeable if my mood is different. More stress = tighter smaller stitches. More relaxed = looser bigger stitches.

Yes, the yarn does stretch some when you work with it. So if you frog it and work with it again, it can feel thinner.

Sandra, I am from Massachusetts and although I was not raised with the southern etiquette, I really like it and have become very used to it. My boyfriend is from Fairfax, Virginia. (there is nothing like a southern gentleman!!) His daughter, son in law and grandkids live near Culpeper and his family has a house on Smith Mountain Lake so I spend alot of time in Virginia. What part of Virginia are you from? By the way, I also like your name. It is my mom's name. 🙂

Welcome Alexandria. You have come to the right place to learn to crochet. I crocheted many years ago and recently started again. I found Tiffany's channel and have learned so much. Here is a link to her video about weaving in ends. https://youtu.be/IX6fkJdBNds
