I do think it is a stress reliever and I wish I would have started at the beginning of Covid as I work in health care and I sure could have used it then, lol.  I also feel a sense of satisfaction after completing something or having my grown daughters send me pictures of something they would like me to make them. It's also very relaxing to watch videos of crochet people I follow on you tube. The down side for me, is I think my hand pain has gotten worse, but I'm also a tight crocheter so that is something I'm working on.  I couldn't upload more than the one photo, so here is one of Tiffany's designs I made.
