Thanks Tiffany.  I've recheck my hooks. I have some with a letter and no mm number, I have some with the mm number andno letter. But I don’t have any 4.5 or a 7. I have different brands, I have 4.00 as a G and 5.00 as a H and nothing in between. That's why I'm so confused about 7.

Hello everyone.  I have a slight issue.  A friend of mine is going to do a baby blanket and the yarn says to use a US-7 hook. Now I've checked all my crochet books that show hook size US & UK and they don't show any info other than 7.  Can anyone tell me what hook is a 7? Thank you for your help.

I know you said the blanket measurements 40x50. Can they be a slight smaller? Maybe the size of a crib. Theres a lot going on with our family but I'll do my best.

Sounds great

Tiffany ,  did you get my email about renewing my membership?  On a road trip to South Texas won't be back in time to do it.

Thank you

Hi Tiffany,  sorry I haven't been part of the group lately or over at Fiberlady.  Dealing with cataract surgery,1 eye down 1 to go, then corpule tunnel surgery on right hand coming up mid February.  So trying to get ahead of my crocheting and quilts.

I enjoyed reading what you posted. When I'm going through SAD I try a new crochet stitch or a totally different pattern from normal choices.  I'm trying to master the tunisian crocheting. Love the look of it when I'm done.

Any suggestions on it or patterns I could try?

Stay warm
