I finished the lost in time baby blanket today! There are imperfections, but I’m so happy with how it turned out. Took me around a week and a half to finish it. I’m so excited to give it to my friend!

Sandra I’m a South Carolina girl so I get it. I work with several people that are from the northern states and they looked at me so crazy when we first met due to the hey yal, darlin, honey pie, sweetheart, and manner usage. 😂 now they just give me grief sometimes about it. It’s just how we were raised up.

Hey yal! So I have many friends that are having a baby this year, I plan on making a baby blanket for them. Already starting on your lost in time blanket, but I’d also like to do a baby circular mat. For tummy time. I found one on Pinterest, but I’m a visual learner and still struggling with reading patterns and getting my brain to connect the dots. I also plan to find a microwave bowl cozy thing to make for my nana and aunt. Again struggling on find videos that actually explain the how to. Any guidance would be appreciated 🖤

Hey Tiffany! Can you point me towards a video on weaving my ends in? I found one on YouTube by someone, but had to undo it because it pulled so tight that my edges curved.

Thank you 😊 I enjoy it, really like the temperature blanket since I’m learning these new stitches.
