I think it was 47 years ago when I made my first blanket for my husband when I didn't know how to read patterns. It took me 1 year to make.  I'm lefthanded so my righthanded friend taught me the stitch but I didn't know how to stop at the end so my blanket kept growing. At that point I knew if I was going to make anything else I would have to learn how to read patterns so I bought myself a beginner's book and I taught myself how to read patterns.  By the way my husband still have my first blanket and he loves it. It was the Ripple stitch.

In January it was mostly purple 30 to 39 degrees and February it was mostly teal 50 to 59 degrees.  I love both of those colors and I put them there so I would have alot of those colors. You can see a little royal blue 40 - 49 and just 2 days of Vintage Rose 20 - 29. By the way this is Ohio weather. It has been really mild.
